Worst stake I ever had, it was so gristly I could barely cut it with the stake knife nevertheless chew it. I had to remove most of it from my mouth because even after much effort I could not chew it down to a size...I could swallow, thereby leaving most of it on my plate instead of in my stomach. Also the baked potato was burnt yet so cold it would not melt the butter. I would not eat there again if the food was free.More
Terrible experience, they “market” themselves as a high end, high quality, fancy restaurant and they are not even close to that. The arancini came out raw inside with cool sauce, and were flavorless, so we sent them back. 2nd try was fried mozzarella, again served...with the same cool sauce, unbelievable. French onion soup was served with mozzarella barely melted, totally white still, not baked to golden brown like it should be, beef Marsala, was awful, meat had weird sear like it was fried and sauce was more like a soy stir fry, parmesan risotto was plain, void of flavor and watery, we sent this back also. Worst $100+ dinner we’ve ever had. And to top it off no manager even stopped by to talk to us and the restaurant was clearly letting someone smoke weed, as occasional scents of skunk were apparent.More
We found this restaurant by asking Siri for a steakhouse in Springfield, Massachusetts. I’m so glad we found it. The food is absolutely incredible. Everyone’s steak was prepared perfectly. The surf and turf was exceptionally good. The only minor downside is it’s extremely dark and...difficult to see your food. The owner is also actively involved and works the hostess stand. I shared a comment with her on the way out regarding the bread I didn’t know was available (not knowing she was the owner). She was extremely friendly and receptive. We will definitely be back when we are in the area! They also have an outdoor heated patio that’s open year-round. Although I did not eat there this time, I would like to try it. Even in the winter.More
Food was mediocre, room temperature and overpriced. We were in town visiting our son at school and wanted to take him to have a meal he wouldn’t get on a college plan. The room was dark and smelled of cigars but we were looking forward...to dining off the menu we had reviewed prior to making our reservation so we overlooked these things. Unfortunately, the food did not stand up to the price. The lobster bisque was room temperature as well as the surf and turf tower upon arrival, and the beef Wellington was literally a filet wrapped in an undercooked pastry without any seasoning, or makings of a Wellington. All of our filets were overcooked. While the service was fine, we have removed this from our list of restaurants for our visits up to Springfield.More
Another amazing experience here, recommend you give it a try if your in the area. 😋 Food, service and ambiance are amazing!! ❤️
Glad we stopped here, everything was delicious. The filet mignon was tender and was cooked perfectly. My husband enjoyed the chicken macaroni as well.
Came here with 2 hungry teens after a long day of football camp for them & was not disappointed! Plenty of great options, from delicious flatbread to outstanding truffle fries to start. The pan seared scallops entree was amazing, as were the various Mac&cheese options!
Nice place, great ambiance and friendly staff. My husband got the 350 signature burger with parmesan truffle fries and I had seared scallops on a bed of lobster/chive risotto. Both meals were superbly cooked and served. Definitely the best restaurant experience in Springfield MA!
We're here in Springfield for about a month and I wanted to give 350 a try since I was in the mood for a steak. Yes, you can smell cigarette smoke and yes the decor is a little dated, but my wife and I like...this place and we don't even smoke. It has kind of a retro feel. There is music most nights. A very small dance floor that gets used occasionally. It can be loud. But the food is good and we love the wait staff. If you're looking for something like Morton's then go there. 350 Grll is just a fun place to go and relax and enjoy the people there.More
Prior to the pandemic we went to the 350 Grill in Springfield MA, to enjoy an early dinner & libations. We ordered the lobster poutine which was phenomenal. So much so, I couldn't wait to try it again. The following is how my recent visit...went: -Waitress (who was great) took our order for drinks & appetizers. -Drinks came. -Ordered dinner (I ordered the lobster poutine). -Dinner came (see before & current pictures below for the lobster poutine). -Due to the visual difference from what I've had in the past, I asked for the manager. She came to the table with an attitude and I asked her "why the difference (showed her the picture of the past order)"? She said "well, it's still the same cook & it's the same dish. Just the potatoes were recently changed". I tried to explain to her that what I received & what I've had in the past is totally different. She cut me off & said "SO, what do you want me to do about it"(to this my response was, "Did you just say "SO" to me"? She then said "I can have the cook come over if you like". To which I agreed. A few minutes later, she returned and said "he said, he's not coming out here, he's too busy"! Wow!!! What chef would refuse the opportunity to explain a dish to a patron? -I had her take the dish away. -I then paid for my drink, appetizer & tipped the waitress Due to the rudeness of the manager and inconsistencies, I have decided that this is an establishment that I will no longer patronize.More
The restaurant was very dated - like the 80’s. Food was very expensive for just average quality. There was loud, inappropriate music playing like it was a club, not supposed fine dining.
My husband heard a commercial for this place on the radio, and after checking it out online, seemed like a place to go for a nice steakhouse dinner. The minute we walked in the door, however, we were overwhelmed by the smell of cigarettes. So...strong, we had to leave.More
Had high expectations for this resturant. Unfortunately, the filet mignon was tough, mashed potatoes lumpy cold and starchy. The mac and cheese, just awful. Shrimp cocktail was great. Jazz trio, seemed to always be on a break. They were excellent tho, when they were entertaining....Drinks are great and bartenders wonderful. Maybe their pasta dishes are better.More
Six of us came here for New Years Eve. We were seated in the side room, which was nice, but appeared different ambiance than main dining room. We ordered apps to include the risotto balls, veal meatball, and the oysters and shrimp. All were good....They provide an excellent loaf of hot bread with a garlic oil and balsamic dressing which we devoured. Most of us ordered steaks. I had the bone in ribeye which was excellent. Sides for me were risotto and green beans which were good. One of our diners said the mashed were just ok. All in all very good and would definitely return. With drinks, bill came to about $175 per couple.More
