The location is in a fabulous old building. I ordered a chai latte and three cheese grilled cheese sandwich. I am ver picky about my grilled cheese and this sandwich was delicious! The chai latte had the perfect blend of spices and was nice and steaming hot. I really enjoyed the laid back environment and the free Wifi. I will... More

I've been to Sweetness 7 multiple times and have always left satisfied. While it does not have much "curb appeal", when you walk in the cafe definitely has its own unique personality. At any given point you will find a fair amount of people inside, either joying a meal or just coffee and a good read. My favorites have been... More

Stopped by on a trip back from Canada and need some breakfast and a good coffee. Ended up getting a breakfast food with eggs, hash, and chorizo sausage paired with a Honey Brown Sugar Latte. Wow it was amazing. The food tasted delicious, and the latte was amazing. Really cool atmosphere and I can imagine it would be a great... More

I love this place. This is a place that actually cares about where its ingredients come from, and supports other local business. Cute atmosphere, great coffee, food is delicious. Try one of their frappes in summer! I always get the vanilla one. Also, their homemade english muffins are excellent!

This is a regular stop for us for breakfast, lunch, and brunch. Excellent coffee and tea, bohemian bar, great sandwiches, vegetarian options. We go for their coffee, chai latte, croque madame sandwich, hummus and veggie wrap, but everything is excellent. Sweetnes 7 is on the same block as the great West Side Book Store, a couple ethnic gift stores, and... More

Had to find a place for breakfast on the way to Niagra from Buffalo. This place has a good vibe; looks clean with eclectic decor. The food was enjoyed by all, fresh and delicious. The coffee also looked great. Staff were nice. Drop by if you're in the area.

First time visiting buffalo and wanted to try a local breakfast joint. Ran across some review for sweetness_7 cafe and glad we did. Arrived around 9am and were able to park across the streets at the meters. Figured being so close to buffalo state that more people would be in there but maybe they were in class already. I ordered... More

The good: Food was delicious! We had huevos rancheros and the farmer's breakfast with a homemade english muffin and made to order eggs. Coffee was on point. I had a yummy fruit smoothie. This place had a very relaxed vibe which was what we were looking for. What kept it from being a 5: An extremely wobbly table and dark... More
