Went here with a friend the other night. Friendly staff, and excellent food with huge portions. I got the special lamb braised. Wow was it good, cooked perfectly and very flavorful. My friend got the pork chop and ate every bite of that also.

Can I say this? The Brick Alley Pub was closed for renovation and I came from Providence to go there. A friend who lives in Newport took me to Pour Judgement and I am glad he did. This pub is fine. The Guinness is really...More
Pour Judgement was recommended to us by a salesperson in the outfitter store when we asked for her favorite cafe/pub. She was right. We got the last table, though it was early on a Thursday night. The burgers were great, and the local cider on...More

Pour Judgement was turned on to me by a Newport local. It's now our go to bar for pub food. Really really good and reasonable prices. I always recommend Pour Judgment to people looking for a great pub when in Newport.
This is a small bar with live music. Drinks were priced reasonably and there was a menu that had bar food. The place was old looking.
Great food and atmosphere, with reasonable prices. PAcked on a Tuesday night, and deserved to be. Good beer list as well
