About
Poke is one of our most favorite traditional Hawaiian dish, and we have taken this classic dish and put several twists to it. We use ahi, salmon, kajiki, shrimp, octopus, scallop and tofu with different mixtures including seaweed, onions, kale and more to create a fresh, light, delicious meal. We believe not only the tourists from all over the world will love this new concept of Poke Bowls but also Kama'aina.

I’m from Texas so I’ve not had many chances to eat poke other than when I travel. I’ve had it in Seattle, and this was just as good! So many options, generous servings and the staff was very friendly and made excellent suggestions (like what kind of sauces). I would definitely go back! There’s not a lot of seating, but there’s a beach and some grass outside, so I had a poke bowl picnic!

Great place for good Poké at a moderate price. Good size portions. We got the Regular and split it between my wife and I. The regular size come with 3 scoops of poke main-fish, seafood or veggie. Set up like subway/chipotle/freebirds line style and quick.

For picky eaters like me who is also gluten-free, this place would be an excellent choice as the counter attendants will advise us on what is gluten-free or not. I happened to chance upon it when I was on my way back from the U.S. Army Museum of Hawaii visit and thereafter made several other visits during my stay of almost 3 weeks plus in Honolulu. Very geneous portion with extra helping of avacados plus lots of greens and fruits along with various toppings made it ultra delicious. Might be pricey comparatively to many other options availble throughout Waikiki itself but it all depends what we are looking for to build a Poke bowl of our taste besides filling our tummy.

We had no idea what Poke was before visiting Hawaii. Poke bar was located very close our hotel. We walked in and looked. The server was hospitable and patient in explaining the numerous options one had to make in having Poke. Our poke bowl is made with saucy ahi tuna, sticky brown rice, several crunchy vegetables plenty of poke sauce. It's the perfect combination of sweet, salty, spicy, crunchy, and sticky. We enjoyed the poke dinner. A nice healthy dinner at a reasonable price.

Choose your fish and base, select toppings and sauce then garnish. Gif $16.70 including tax, I had a traditional tuna with salmon on brown rice with salad and onion and cilantro, topped with furakake, ponzu and fried onion. Although it is great to customise it is hard to know what the best selling local and favourite combination is.. Salad toppings a little sparse but still better than any poke had in the high end hotel pool bars… Would certainly visit again; friendly service and seating outside.

Nice food, especially salm, tuna and octopus to mix in the poke bowl. It's overcrowded in the evening and in my opinion, for the kind of food that they offer to the clients, a bit expensive and a kind of overrated. If you want avocado they will charge you extra.

This place has the best Poke Bowls I’ve eaten anywhere in the world. The meats, veggies and toppings all taste clean, fresh, crisp and delicious. They have a great set up, and the customizable options are endless. Order the 3 meats bowl and it will give you the best melody of a dish with fantastic tastes. This place simply has the best poke bowl anywhere in the world. This is a great option to grab a meal and eat in your hotel room.

2 sizes of bowl to choose, rice or green beans as base and few fish or seafood. We took one bowl with scrabble, salmon and ahi and one with spicy shrimp and garlic shrimp. It was full, fresh, tasty and very fast. It cost 20$ per bowl. Nice meal, as healthy fast food.

I am from hawaii and so I am accustom to what a poke bowl should be. This poke bowl is twice as expensive as one is usually and contains about half the food. The quality of the ahi is really bad and the store tries to tax you extra on everything you put in the bowl.

Hi Passport. This is the first time 1star review in 7 years business on Trip Advisor. First of all, can you please confirm you visited one on Lewers Street? There is the other store on Kalakaua and different ownership so please remove this review. If you visited us, I apologize for what you have experienced with our food. We will do our best to improve on what you mentioned. Thank you.

I came for lunch on a Tuesday. Got the small portion and paid over $20. The fish was fresh. The rice, seaweed salad and cucumber make a good poke bowl. The staff seemed to throw ingredients in so it did not look as nice as the other poke places that I went to in Waikiki. There are tables and chairs inside and outside They also offer free water.

Delicious poke!! Big portion sizes and the freshest fish! I have a gluten allergy and there were many options to choose from. Just make sure you tell them if there are any allergies before they make your bowl. Highly recommend!

My wife really likes poké and I had never had it, so we had to get some while vacationing in O'ahu. We had built up an appetite after snorkeling all morning and Poké Bar was a great spot to satisfy that hunger. We're not big on raw fish, so we got the shrimp poké and it was very good! The flavors were strong and distinct and the vegetables were fresh. This was a very tasty lunch and I can see why it's such a popular meal (and popular location to get poké!). We enjoyed our meal here and would stop in again on our next trip!

We read all the reviews and raving about their portions and customer service. We just ate here a few days ago . Not sure if it’s because it’s almost Christmas but the portions were small, the customer service is below average. Their fish is fresh though which is one thing that is true.
