Great restaurant tucked away in an industrial area of Oahu. It reminds me of Cheers. Alot of folks think it's a dive bar, but it's not! Awesome salads, great Kalua Pig sandwiches and more -

We stopped here for lunch on our way to the airport; wish we would've waited until we got to the airport - there were a couple of nice options to choose from there. Walking in is like walking back in time, which is actually kinda cool. I don't mind the old fashioned supper club meets sports bar theme, although they... More
We had just picked someone up at the airport, the traffic back into town was bad so why not eat before going home. We enjoyed the ribs and the salads are huge. Good choice to eat here then drive home. No traffic on the way back.
Do not believe the positive reviews. One of the specials was sea bass so I assumed It was fresh but decided to ask the waitress and was told all the fish was frozen. So I asked about the ahi poke and was told it was fresh frozen. Could not believe what I heard; she said 'I'll be right back'. When... More
This is a place we've seen advertised from time to time in the local newspaper's dining out section. We finally had lunch and were pleased with the gracious service and good ole standby foods e.g. thick, clam chowder, meaty ribs. If we had more reason to be nearby, we could eat here at least once a month! The patina of... More
Had lunch yesterday with my wife and we were disappointed in the food quality. I had the rib and scallop combo. The ribs were awful! The ribs had a crispy outer shell, the meat could hardly come off the bone without gnawing on them. The ribs seemed to have been sitting around for a while and reheated multiple times. The... More
Ate here my first nite on the island was really good eats this place is really laid back service was really great and attentive with 5 adults and 2 children drinks and all I thought the price was very reasonable $135 and everyone was full even took food home with us!
Good casual place to eat and drink before going to the airport to catch a flight - located about 2 miles from the airport. Lots of appetizers to choose from as well as main dishes. Favorite from the appetizer menu is the Pulehu Rib Eye.
I love the atmosphere. It has that old pub man-cave feel and vibe, which is inviting to me, and comforting. Outside the front door the complete menu is posted with pupus, drinks and all entrees, salads etc. I step inside and see a hand-written note on the inside door stating that the daily special is Chicken Katsu. My favorite! I'm... More
Excellent place to have food and drinks in the area - not many choices in the area. Have been disappointed with the ribs as it was not as tender as it used to be (unless just had a bad batch). I LOVE the chicken piccata with butter sauce and capers and now that is my order each time I visit.
