We had the catch if the day and the seared ago. The meals were a great value: big servings, delicious, inexpensive compared to downtown Honolulu. It is busy and getting a table is a free for all.

Can take the Girl out of Hawaii but cannot take Hawaii out of the Girl. I love coming back home to Hawaii and eating at all different restaurants that have amazing seafood. This is one of them. It's right on the pier. It's great. We had the calamari for an appetizer. It was very good. Everyone in our party had... More

We visited Nicos on pier 38 this week. You have to get there early because they close at 9pm. It is worth it. The place was packed on a Tuesday night and just after we arrived there were no tables available.

Outside of the touristy areas and very casual (composite chairs). Standing out overall was the service. Perfect timing, attentive without being intrusive. Made our meal a pleasant time for all. Appetizers were spot on, truffle fries, calamari, hamachi. The low point here was the poke sampler. Very messy, unprofessional, unpleasing to the eye, weakly spiced. Otherwise, entrees of chowder and... More

Nicos is a great place for fresh seafood. If you are staying in Waikiki then you will need a car or Uber to get there. Their happy hour is pretty good and the Ahi ribs are definitely something different. Ask for extra sauce in the side.

We were talking to a couple at the beach that lived in the area where the locals go to eat fine seafood. They recommended this establishment. DELICIOUS!!! We arrived at 6:00 and the place was full, we waited for about 15 minutes for a table. Our waitress (Kirby) was fantastic. Our food came quickly. My daughter ordered the special that... More

Attempted to take my wife to Nico's Pier 38 for mothers day. This was our second attempt at eating here. The first time hey we're really busy so we ate at a bear by restaurant. So today we followed the other patrons through the door and lined up to order. I then noticed there was another place to order so... More

My only regret is that we heard about Nico's Pier from a local on our last day visiting Oahu, but if will be our first stop on our next trip to Honolulu! Reasonable prices and the freshest poke possible!!

Best fish. Fresh and Delicious.I love getting plate lunch while on the islands and they serve your fish this style. I got the crab stuffed opa and it was to die for and my husband will never be the same after his poke bowl. He is now spolied when it comes to his poke bowls.
