Hidden gem! This is a small, busy, hidden restaurant. We never would have given it a second thought, but a local referred us there when we were wanting to get a break from the busy, touristy places. You get a rousing "Aloha" from the kitchen staff when you walk in. The happy hour is a fantastic deal, you order and... More

Great job of creating the same atmosphere and flavor as found in Japan. There are a few things here that you won't find in Japan. For example, they had a type of nachos that included some sashimi along with rice chips and other Asian flavors. The meet was a good quality and had great flavor.

We Found this little gem on one of our late evening walks, as it is placed just off the main strip. Being totally honest, the restaurant doesn't like the best or most fancies place from the outside but once seated that's no issue. Food was great, yes your cooking most of it yourself but the the steak and pork were... More

it was a great choice for our first Japanese "grilling type" experience. Food was excellent and so my hubby came back to the hotel with a very full stomach.

the lunch special always draws us here 3-4 times during our 7 day stay- bbq'ing pork slices over the fire provides a tasty delight along with miso soup and salad

We came here to try the AYCE and it was a little disappointing. The leaner selections of meat were super tough. I couldn't even chew through the New York steak even though we only cooked it about medium rare. The fatter selections of meat were mainly fat with little meat. I've been to a few locations around the world and... More

I was not aware that customers can cook one's own food here. I elected to order prepared food, but one person elected to cook their own. Everything that I tasted (prepared and self-cooked) was good. My only caution is that the food can get a little pricey depending on what is ordered.

Passed by this place on the way to breakfast. After a long day on the beach we were starving. We did the $45 all you can eat....so worth it! Everything we ordered and cooked was exceptional. Ian waited on us, he engaged us in great conversation and provided us outstanding service.

This doesn't disappoint and is very reliable. We love the freshness of the food and choices. Happy Hours are worth coming for. Sometimes a small wait but never too long
