Avoid this place! If you do, and others do, then maybe they will get the hint and price their dinners more affordably.

The menu is good, not expansive, but considering how far things have to be trucked in the food is good.

Unexpected surprise at the quality of food within a National Park. Good enough for foodies for the taste and good enough for Instagramers for the presentation. Staff was so courteous and attentive. This was definitely a relaxed atmosphere for dinner in a contemporary setting!

Great place for a moderate restaurant in the Valley. Nice menu A d great wait staff. The restaurant is a great place to see many large exhibition sized prints by Ansel Adams and other photographers.

We went here for dinner and I was impressed. The service was really good and they accommodated some special diet needs very graciously. The food was very delicious. Shrimp cocktail, beet salad, chicken, trout filet! All expertly prepared. I wasn't expecting a meal this good...but they did a great job. If you are in Yosemite Valley you should stop for a nice dinner. You won't be sorry.More

Usually the restaurants in national parks are not that good however, we were very happy with dinner at this restaurant. Good food, good service. A little pricey of course however that is to be expected in national parks.

My husband had the salmon which was cooked to perfection. I had the NY steak, cooked medium. It had just the right amount of pink and was so tender & juicy. Absolutely delicious. Service was excellent with a shout-out to the gal who kept our...water glasses filled. We appreciate that.More

Front desk at the lodge said that reservations were not necessary but we had made one prior to arriving so we did not have to wait. It was not crowded and walk up people were waiting 25+ minutes to be seated. About 1/3 of the...tables were not being used, lack of staff?? Service was minimal from the waiter. He never made eye contact and just placed the plates and left. Stopped by once to ask how we were doing. Had to flag him down and ask for more bread. Bus girl was great though, she provided more service than the waiter. Food was overpriced for what you get. Pork chops were tough. Salad was not tossed, just lettuce plopped on a plate and some dressing drizzled on top. Will not eat here againMore

Even though the steak and the trout are the most reviewed items here, I was glad to find vegetarian options! You can even ask the server to make your entree vegan as well. The wait was over an hour to get a table, so make...sure to make a reservation!More

Yes, but I always call and try to get the best seats (windows, etc). You'll enjoy, pretty casual.
