Our kids (10-19) LOVED this and so did the adults. You don't have to swim but it is a surreal experience. As you move your body, you disturb the bacteria and they glow (imagine a glow stick in the water).
Went by boat to see this site you can only see the waters at night once you disturb the waters, everything come to light
