We found the staff friendly and helpful and there was a good selection of vegetarian meals plus an excellent range of draught beers. We would certainly visit again.

A lovely friendly pub with a good menu and good choice of drinks. A lovely atmosphere and clean and welcoming. The bar staff was lovely. Helped us with taxi numbers, bus details etc (and she said she was new to the village herself!)

Nice selective menu but cooking does not do it credit. Upon arrival had to wait a long time to be served both with drink/food ordering.

Newly refurbished local. Has all the atmosphere of an airport departure lounge, very disappointing. Beer (Doom Bar, Jail Ale) OK though.

Yes dogs are most welcome, we even have a jar of dog treats on the bar! Easy access for wheelchairs, lots of space downstairs, if there are any problems we can always move tables and chairs to make your visit more comfortable
