Exploring the area we chanced on this pub at lunchtime, only wanting a drink after a hearty breakfast. The coffee was excellent, the open fire cosy, the bar lady friendly. The range of food and reasonable prices on the menu looked tempting. We look forward...More

A lovely drive here from welshpool. The pub has lots of space for lunch or dinner. We sat outside and admired the village. I had Caesar salad with bacon and chicken, lovely. My husband had scampi in a basket, all freshly cooked and very good.
