What can we say about this lovely family. We arrived in Vinales in mid-May and our casa that we had booked didn't show to meet us from the Viazul bus. Fortunately I looked to my side and saw Anara's smiling, kind face and I knew immediately that we had landed on our feet. Their house is just off the main... More

My husband and I spent 4 days at Casa Dra. Anara y Didier in April 2016 and it was the highlight of our trip to Cuba. This warm and lively family welcomed us into their home and took great care of us. We ate breakfast and dinner at their casa each day and the meals were delicious and varied. The... More

We ended our 3 week trip on cuba in Vinales. The food was good and the most affordable of all casa's we've been. Casa Anara has a complete network of people who can make your trip more special. Renting bikes, horse riding guide, tobacconist, they can arrange everything for you. An open minded family, which shows us how real cubans... More

Anara got us from getting off the Viazul bus. Because she was the laudest I follow her to her casa- It was our first casa on the trip to Cuba. It was clean and OK (15 CUC/night). We also got breakfast and dinner there, which was bad and really expensive. On the other hand, she said she will take us... More

I have recently visited anara's house and my experience is a bit different from the others: when I arrived I said clairly that I wanted to use the kitchen because I was full of breakfast made of eggs( and they ask 4 cuc instead of the usual 3 that you pay everywhere..), and dinner with rice and beans and platanos,... We absolutely loved staying here with Anara, her husband and young son. The casa is just a 5 minute walk from downtown and is bordered by farms and lots of farm life. She is a gorgeous, charming Dentista who speaks great English. The room/bathroom were really cute and comfortable, the cooking all organic and delicious and of the finest quality.... More

We met Anara in the village and she invited us to have lunch in her house. The location is great and the little restaurant is very cosy with a view of the countryside. The food was excellent and Anara, who is also a dentist, is a warm and happy person.

Anara and her husband are lovely people. There is one bedroom with 2 Queen beds and an attached bathroom. Anara speaks English and she is very helpful in organizing excursions such as hiking and horseback riding. The food was always plenty and delicious. don't forget to bring earplugs to Vinales, the roosters are everywhere!
