As you step into this heritage setting of plank floors and counters, the warmth and aromas seep in slowly. The bakery is like stepping back into you great grand parents kitchen. Imagine the harvest of ancient grains and flours that pioneers prepared and left for you to buy for all your baking. The owners and staff provide you with modern... More

This is a family run bakery where various breads and pastery are baked fresh daily. As soon as you open the door you are greeted by the aroma of freshly baked produce. I highly recommend that you visit for a coffee and a snack.

We shoot down from Kelowna every second weekend to load up on baked goods. They are that good. I have multiple family members that I suppose would be labeled gluten intolerant and the bread from this bakery doesn't upset them at all. We will be lifetime patrons. 👍👍

Busy bakery/deli that serves coffee and a variety of flours, pastas, breads, and other baked goods. The selection of ancient grain flours is terrific. Prices are fairly high but products are natural and vegetarian. The spelt cinnamon swirls were good but a bit dry. The khorasan pumpkin seed loaf was chewy and heavy. Made excellent toast!

Seriously the best pretzel and coffee we have ever eaten in our lives. Quaint little coffee shop, over looking the road of Summerland and it's courteous residents.

They have a great selections of bread based pastries as well as great coffee. Todd, the owner, is a great guy and often is able to stop and chat. This is a place... More

My favourite bakery in the okanagan from what I have tried so far. Stopped in and grabbed more spelt and red fife flour along with 3 loaves of bread. Love that they are so informative with the pamphlets and the room with the stone mill. We will be back.
