The service is not the best but the food is very fair and tasty! We went with kids and they are very accommodating.

It is very well located, in a garden in a area close to a lot of accommodations. At lunch they have self service and the price is about 65 reais for the kilo.

This is a self-service joint. Grad a drink out of the cooler and head up to the buffet. I was there for lunch - I filled my plate, they weighed it and gave me a number. When I was ready to pay, I turned in my number and they gave me my bill. The food was average buffet food, a... More

Eating in Flamboyant is almost necessary if you are staying more than 3-4 days. The restaurant is among the two that offer the kilo buffet type with reasonable prices. the food is just ok and fits well on your day as usually fast and easy to go. The buffet area is extremely squeezed but service is quite fast. I probably... More

We stopped here for 3 dinners in a row because the prices were more "Brazilian" that others nearby. The first evening we took the fish in the Banana leaves and was ok. The second one the Moqueca and was great! The third one the Lobster Hamburger and was great too!!! On the dessert side we had the best one (petite... More

This place became a regular hangout for us because not just because of its proximity to our posada but because of it's reasonably priced fare compared to the rest of the island. Lunch is buffet style, charged by weight. Dinner is ala carte. Fare is unspectacular, with typical Brazilian cuisine entrees and with some north american staples such as burgers... More

We decided to have dinner at this place after 8 pm. We've waited for our drinks for at least an hour. I had to remind our waiter about our order. Apparently he forgot to place it.... the food arrived in 1.5 hrs and was the worst we tasted on the island. The desert was good though.

The steak was cooked rare as we asked, which seems to be difficult to get in Brazil (Culturally they eat the meat a little too overcooked). Tuna was also pretty good. In the lunch time they have a buffet (eat what you want, pay for the weight). The location is pretty good also.

Decided to grab some lunch as place was busy, but didn't realise it was buffet style. Food was dry and had likely been sitting out for a while. Place always looked busy at night, but we never returned after first experience.
