Hide charges, not made clear when paying for an all inclusive meal. Turns out drinks are extra, even though it's called wine and dine. The food was lovely, but staff laughing when you question it doesn't really help the experience.

Organized a dinner for 27 and the spread was good. Saw many local diners and I hours guests too. This hotel Lone Pine is situated on a private beach of Batu Ferranghi. Pretty!

The hotel's restaurant serving all-day a la carte menu with Penang/Nyonya cuisine and buffet on certain days. Have a glass of their signature Lone Pine Ice Tea as thirst quencher under hot and humid weather.

decent food but tired surroundings. See my last review for the hotel. We only had snacks here but they were ok although a lot more expensive than outside

Went for the Wine & Dine buffet on Saturday night. It was a disappointment for me as I have expected way better food. Salads and desserts were good but not much choices for the main course. Oyster and white tuna ( i suppose ) was not fresh. I almost swallow a piece of bone found in the fish. Services was... More

Whichever meal you have, the variety and quality are very good. The staff are attentive and go to great lengths to accommodate special requests, and nothing seems to be too much trouble. The situation is excellent, close to the swimming pool and with views of the gardens. It is an extremely restful environment.

Breakfast is always included in the room rates and you don't have to worry about where to look for breakfast. The food variety was very good ie truly continental and the staff went all the way to ensure that we enjoy it. Truly pleasant

Breakfast is buffet style with hot stations where they cook you local delicacies and eggs to order. Do try the Char Kuey Tiaw by Chef Fadzilah. Buffet selection are quite extensive, both local and western choices. Lunch is a-la-carte, buffet or set menu as the case may be. They have different theme everyday. Dinner also a-la-carte, buffet or set menu... More
