All the previous reviews totally right, we came with my family and friends and enjoyed the food, was delicious and the price really cheap. We ordered almost everything and no deception, very fast. The lady who cook, serve and attend was so nice and kind....I definitely come back and for us it is the best restautant near Shangri-la hotel. Totally recommended!!More

You need to search a bit as it is located on the 2nd level and not really visible from the street, but once you sit down you are in the good hands of the 2 chef cooks who run this place. Excellent food, reasonable prices!

Hard to find, but worth the search!! Seemingly a restaurant run by a couple. The wife was the most energetic, warm and friendly hostess, waitress and chef. The food was plentiful and very delicious. Go with family or friends. You won’t be disappointed.

Good food doesn't have to cost arm and leg. While Georgetown is packed with overpriced street food and food court, Knife and Fork is well and cheaper place to eat without compromising the tastiness and the variety. All chicken dish served here is boneless. All...the beef here is decent cut without any fat and chewvy tendon. The taste is just amazing and delish. Beer is 10% dearer than foodcourt. But hey-ho, end of the bill still half what we pay at foodcourt as the portion here filled us up easily. Feel free bring your own wine. No Corkage.More

Just came back from a visit to this restaurant after reading all the previous reviews. We were so impressed that I'm wrote this review the moment we got back to our hotel across the road. We came with our 3 young children - 6, 3...and 1 year old - and received a wonderful warm welcome. We ordered the fried rice, sweet and sour chicken, honey caramelised pork and omelette. The 2 meat dishes were outstanding, with my girls (even the baby!) demanding for more. The portions were extremely generous, and we were stuffed to the brim. At the end of our meal I caught my 3yo scraping her plate to get the last grain of rice. When she thought I wasn't looking she picked up her plate and picked it clean! Everyone unanimously agreed that we would come back again. Loved everything about this restaurant - simple, clean, warm and authentic food. Thank you from our family :)More

We came here because the reviews were so good and we weren't disappointed. There weren't many veggie options on the menu so I asked what she could do for me and she made me an absolutely delicious sizzling veg with fried rice. Highly recommend. Husband...and boy loved the sizzling pork. They also had caramelised honey pork which was tasty but more batter than pork. Lacking ambience. It's on the 3rd floor of a building. No background music. But definitely worth going for the food and the friendly owner. She was very smiley and lovely with the kids.More

Knife and Fork restaurant is on the second floor of Eden Parade. You can use the escalator to get there and it’s well worth a visit. There is a good menu that offers both Asian and Western food. We ordered sizzling beef (absolutely delicious), sweet...and sour chicken (yummy, crispy and really more-ish). The owner is very welcoming and friendly, makIng sure that your meal is enjoyable. I’m really pleased we ate here and plan to return on our next visit to Penang.More
