Very good food. Fresh and beautifully cooked. Portions size was on the small size for the price. Good service. We have been going there for years. With the new chef the menu has been changing regularly. He is inovative. But the portions have half and the prices gone up

I loved the place. The staff are very friendly. I have had a good delicious steak, a very nice dessert, for a good price. Very simple food and good food. The place is very elegant, simple. The atmosphere is calm and relaxing. I recommended this place. We would like to go back there, soon. ✌😊😊

Very good bistro food on offer at this lovely place which is owned by the nearby Michelin starred Vieux Logis. Set facing primary school across village square. Best tables are in the veranda/terrace section (it can get very hot in the depths of the restaurant). If staying at the Vieux Logis, the hotel will book a table at the Bistro... More

Owned by the Vieux Logis the food here is excellent and has set and maintained a very high standard locally for many years. We probably go there every other week and have done so for over 15 years - that says it all!

Visited August 2015 on a very hot evening. Sat in the window. The setting was perfect, so pretty! We ordered the duck set menu which was absolutely delicious especially the confit canard, gorgeous strawberry pudding. The price was fair for the quality.

We booked here because there are very few places open on a Monday evening. It has a good choice of food and the service is ok given how busy it was. I was very pleased with my confit de canard but my husband had to send his Magret de canard back as it was cold. Their chips are excellent.

Had a good dinner here with friends as a change from the hotel restaurant. (We were there for New Year) Good Food, Excellent Service, Good value. I know some other reviews have not been positive, but we had no complaint at all and had a lovely evening.

Twenty years ago, my son and I spent some wonderful evenings at Le Vieux Logis. So when 6 of us decided to go to the Bistro, while I knew it would not be the same food under any standard it was a disappointing meal. One friend, a vegetarian, asked if the lentils had meat in them. She was told they... More

this place used to be good but now it just feels sad. Only the frites were good. The rest - duck confit and a salade were dull. it wasn't crowded at all and yet the wait staff, while personable , took forever to serve us.

Had the set menu. Starter was truly dreadful .what looked like a slice of brawn, topped with a cold soft boiled egg all surrounded by a few beans plus sloppy jelly.....Yuk! Main was duck confit...an old favourite. This was dry and tasteless......no garnish....just the duck leg and a bowl of greasy chips between the pair of us. Chocolate pot to... More
