A beautiful and really small greek island. Perfect for those who need a quiet place to relax. We didn't like the beaches at all but we were prepared for it, due to its volcanic nature. Nice volcanic museum. A few places to eat nicely cooked food. A few places to enjoy a drink. Do not expect to party; wrong island... More

reading the last two reviews I realised that they were about the island of Nisyros not this nice restaurant in the old town of Rhodes. Food choice is plentiful and quality very good from snacks to full meals, portions are generous and rink very drinkable. Plenty of shady bits if you require some cool from the heat of the day.

A living volcano, still breathing and coughing everyonce in a whice..amazing architecture, nice villages and good food, the hike to the volcano is spreaded with remainings of the past, a geological museum with a beautiful isolated beach, for the nudists, called Pahia Ammos (The thick sand), ideal for camping..
