We went on a cool day but we’re delighted that a new outdoor covered area had been set up! Even had an air warmer! Service was great, coffee good and we were even offered a blanket! Perhaps a step too far! Recommended!More

Living in Bow I visit the Waterside Cafe regularly. It's a pleasant friendly place to get breakfast or lunch, or just a coffee. It was rebuilt and expanded a few years ago when the garden centre changed hands, so it's much larger (and much nicer)...than it used to be. It has a small soft play area and outdoor play area for kids, and there's an open seating area for when the weather's good. The food is good with a pretty extensive menu, with loads of fresh cakes always available if you don't want too much to eat. The staff are friendly and helpful with quick service even when it's busy. Highly recommended if you're in the area.More

They do a fabulous cooked breakfast, substantial main meals and delicious home made cakes. The ‘Eat out‘ scheme was on so there was a small queue which was expected Lovely friendly staff took our order and food did not take long to arrive. Was pleasently suprised at the size of the portions for the price we paid , freshly...cooked and piping hot. We will definitely be back another time when back in the area and highly recomend well done and thank you.More

Since moving nearby three years ago we have been very regular visitors to the Cafe. We have had breakfasts, lunches, afternoon teas and just popped in at times for a cuppa and cake. No matter what time we arrive, or how busy they are, both...the service and food have been fantastic. Sunday roasts are sublime 😍. During the current COVID climate, they are scrupulously clean and have the customers safety and comfort as their priority. We have no hesitation in recommending this marvellous find in the country.More
