Hadn’t heard of this place before, but so glad we came. Fantastic food freshly prepared. Attentive staff, although a couple of blips in ordering as one of our party’s starter came later, but it was dealt with professionally. Would definitely return to try some more...More

After an original mix up online with our booking my family of 10 were very much looking forward to our visit (top table allowing you to reserve a table after the kitchen apparently shuts!) Luckily we were fitted in earlier. We were not disappointed. Service...More

Took my mother for her birthday along with my wife and father. The place has a nice rustic but yet canteen sort feel about it but didn’t mind. The problem I had was with the service and food. Waiter wasn’t never professional at all taking...More

Beautiful refurbished ex-navy/royal engineers building, airy, warm, relaxed with the buildings history still visible. The kitchen makes everything made from scratch on site using best local ingredients where possible. You can see and buy local crafts and produce.
