The Tudor Rose is riding high in the review list so I was quite keen to try it out. My girlfriend and I went here to eat on... More

Upnor is a little gem of a village with lovely old houses, river views and the castle open to public. And like all the best villages, it has a lovely pub. The Tudor Rose (Sheperd Neame) has a small bar, loads of dining tables and a pleasant garden. A short menu with traditional English food: roasts, fish, veggie options and... More

You can't park in the road but there is a free car park at the end of the high street with a walk way leading to it.... More

We took a couple of friends here on a Saturday night as it is a pleasant mile and a half walk. We arrived and the only downside was it was a bit cramped in the restaurant and the bars but it was clear to see why. The pub is traditional with nice views at the bottom of the road looking... More

Visited with a group of friends... lovely meal and great service...I had a boring meal as I'm doing slimming but all the others looked utterly mouthwatering. Would definitely visit again on a cheat day and tuck in. The waitresses were really friendly and helpful... I asked for ham egg and chips but replaced with new potatoes and replaced fried eggs...
