Cosy pub with good food. Went for my partner's birthday, was a thoroughly anjoyable expereince and enjoyed the good food and cosy atmospehere. and she even got a free present from the landlady after she asked if we were there for a celebration. We will definitely be back.
First time here as i heard great comments . It was very nice. Creamy mushrooms were amazing. Beef roast was really nice . Chocolate fudge cake was nothing special. Lemon cheesecake was gorgeous. Would definitely recommend it here. Lovely staff and nothing to much trouble.

Nothing was to much trouble for Lucy who was the owner. The food was excellent and the atmosphere was very good. We even booked for us to go back with friends for a Christmas time meal
