I used to visit Thy Thy 2 regularly when I lived in Melbourne, and was a bit reluctant when I realised it had changed to Thanh Ha 2. We weren't disappointed as the food with the exception of the fried icecream was excellent. The fried icecream apparently was awful. It had crumbs all the way through it and was a... More

Quick meal on the way home from the St Kilda fest, the San Choy Bow was to die for, followed by crispy skin chicken and duck, was overcooked but nice.

If a Vietnamese restaurant is popular with the Vietnamese locals you know the food is good! Massive menu selection, really good food (the Vietnamese pancake is massive!) at a reasonable price. The atmosphere is very busy and the restaurant is a little cramped but the service is friendly, helpful and prompt. A popular choice in an area with an abundance... More

My brother whom lives in Melbourne took myself and our parents (all from Darwin) to this restaurant for lunch, we had this crunchy dish as shown in the pictures, and it was amazing. Fresh produce, healthy and filling. It also has a very distinctive Vietnamese feel straight from the actual country, which is great for an authentic experience.

I had the pork and prawn coleslaw. The vegetables were all thinly sliced. It had carrots, cucumbers, red onion, cilantro. The fish sauce had a spicy but sweet taste. There were peanuts on the top. This dish was served with crackers. The service was good. The menu has over 200 items.

After visiting Vietnam we were hanging out for a foodie fix-our local Vietnamese grocer recommended Thanh Ha 2 and it is the closest thing to being in Vietnam. Amazing food, great service and cheap! Don't miss the Banh Xeo-crispy pancake as big as a wok! Can't wait to go back again :))

Seriously good food. We arrived early at about 6.00pm and watched the restaurant fill up whilst we ate our dinner. Fresh begone and prawn rice rolls, tangy crisp Vietnamese salad. I had lemongrass and chilli fish whilst others had the noodles. Too much food but that didn't stop us. Delish!
