The service was top-notch, there is a really wonderful operation in place with the staff. It's beautiful to see. The food is excellent, although as is often the way the vegetarian menu was too small in comparison with the meat menu. It was excellent but 4 tiny baby beets on a plate do not a course make. I added the cheese course though and this filled a hole. The cheese trolley was excellent. Sublime cheeses! For a michelin restaurant the dinner was extremely good value. About €85 for 5 courses (and 3 amuses).
I have only one criticism, the staff really don't know anything about non-alcoholic drinks. With such good alcohol free spirits, liqueur, gin, and beer as well all the juices, smoothies, teas, and lassis in the world it's a shame the restaurant staff couldn't come up with something.

We had a wonderful, casual evening in this restaurant. The service was very attentive and smooth, which contributed to a pleasant atmosphere. The dishes were beautifully laid out and tasteful, with a clear focus on seasonal ingredients. The classic and atmospheric design of the restaurant (terrace/garden) creates a warm and inviting atmosphere. The matching wines completed the evening. There were 9 of us there, including 2 children. We had a wonderful evening there with a delicious menu at Michelin star level. The children were also spoiled and were very happy for 4 hours and were also spoiled with food. The recommended drinks were perfect. The staff were very friendly and attentive. We would love to come back.

We chose the Bloemenbeek to celebrate our wedding day but unfortunately were not impressed with the food. For starters, I was served an oyster, after explicitly stating that I am allergic. The 2nd dish of zucchini, zucchini flour and couscous looked nice but was bland - a little salt wasn't an excessive luxury. The main course of veal tasted reasonable but showed no imagination. All in all a disappointing dinner and not worth a Michelin star.

Restaurant; Michelin star so the bar was high. Food was up to standard, good staff and excellent matching wines. The chef himself also came to the table. Top.

Were with a large group. Chosen for menu flower stream. Children were given their own menu. No loose paper but nicely bound menu with ample options.
The food was very good. Main course venison was also really top. Selection of cheeses is also really spacious.
The only downside I found was that the plates stayed on the table for a long time and that the table was not closely monitored at all. Control can therefore be tighter / better.

Back at the Bloemenbeek for dinner after a long time due to a host of Dutch Covid-19 regulations. Excellent dinner indeed prepared by a creative chef and his kitchen staff. We really enjoyed. And do not miss to have a look at the stone statues in the large garden across the road. And yes: super fine for veggies too. Dress code: colloquial is fine.

A wonderful experience.
Enjoyed Star Level for 3 days in a casual atmosphere. Eating and sleeping at the Bloemenbeek is a festive affair from the first to the last minute.
Staff excellent and try to give you an unforgettable time.

Bloemenbeek De Lutte
An excellent Michelin sitar restaurant, more or less in the middle of nowhere, but with nice surroundings in a fine region. And superb for veggies too. Service might be a bit slow, but pleasant people, great hospitality. We enjoyed our dinner greatly. Decent prices, yes.

Staying at Landhotel Bloemenbeek we had an excellent lunch and dinner in the garden. Chef de Cuisine suggested a very tasteful fish salad. For dinner we enjoyed a three course ( suggestion de Chef ) with excellent affordable wines. Will certainly return and recommend this hotel/restaurant. Great hospitable service and professional attitude.

We just sat there under the maple tree deeply thankful for the opportunity, for the experience; for such an extraordinary & mesmerizing dinner. An Indian summer night to remember!

The menu was delicious and absolutely deserves the Michelin Star! We also enjoyed the wine pairing served by the friendly waiters.
The team presents a perfect combination of nonchalant and professional service at the same time, speaking Dutch, English and German. Thank you for the evening - we absolutely enjoyed the atmosphere!
I recommend to double check the meals in case of any intolerances or allergies. All dishes were adjusted except the dessert, which made me feel rather badly in the end. But this won’t influence my review of this wonderful restaurant, as that was my fault as well.

We booked a 4 course lunch though an intermediary website. That website (or we) messed up the date, so we showed up a week early. They were officially closed for lunch because of a wedding party, but accommodated us anyway - very graciously.
And then went on to serve the most fabulous food. Definitely recommended.
Only downside: the interior feels rather crude and dated and the building is a bit of a maze of conference rooms, dining rooms etc. But the food more than compensates for that!

Our meal was above 5 star! The service, the wine, the attention to detail was extroindinary. it is well worth it for any special occasion or just a me to me day to plan a meal at Bloemenbeek!
Also the accomocations are 5 star - everyone is friendly and very interested in making sure you enjoy your stay.
