This was my 2nd visit in 2 years and it did not disappoint. The food is excellent, the price very reasonable, the staff very friendly and the view across the countryside superb. Very good choice on the specials board with lots of fish dishes.

Our apologies for the delays that you experienced on Tuesday evening which we caused by an unusually high number of gueats arriving without reservations on what is normally a quiet evening. We staff the pub based on past business levels, booking levels and allow for...More

The Queen's Head was the venue for a wedding reception, but well worth reviewing due to its superb food and excellent service. Cheerful, friendly staff went out of their way to ensure everybody was served as quickly as possible, and maintained vigilance throughout the afternoon...More

We arrived at the Queens Head and I found a table, while Ade waited at the bar for far too long. Although both the staff were serving on entry, one of the staff finished serving another customer, then just walked away, while the other staff...More
