We went with our family for a post Christmas treat. My husband had the pork ribs which he said were fantastic. The rest of us had pizzas which were lovely too. The menu was extensive, and you could order cocktails too. The staff were pleasant and service quick. The ambience was lovely and unusual and it felt like a little... More

Very good food in good prices. Staff was professional and helpful. Nice interior and comfortable seats. If you love meat you must ask for ribs... well and share it with two others ;) It is massive!

Five of us went for a birthday dinner here at the start of December. The meal was lovely, the staff were friendly. Dessert for the birthday girl was beautifully presented with happy birthday written on the plate and a candle and everything. This restaurant caters for everyone from groups to couples to families.

Before our tour of Trim Castle we wanted to grab a bite to eat, expecting to grab a sandwich. Franzini's is right across the street from the castle, and Aiden the manager assured us they could serve us in time for our tour, so we decided to have lunch there. The food was AMAZING! I got the ribs, which were... More

If you have any food allergies, tread carefully in here. On a recent visit and having made our dietary requirements quite clear, we were still served up a starter that aroused our suspicions. Ascertaining whether the starter was ‘safe’ for us to eat proved problematic. The waitress had no idea what was contained in the sauce. Not a clue. The... More

Had a lovely dinner here while staying in Trim. We were able to take advantage of the early bird menu and found it to be very good. Two of us had pasta (mine was spaghetti bolognese and it was great) and one a vegetarian pizza and we all enjoyed our choices. The service was good and the atmosphere pleasant. Overall... More

Very pleased with our dinner here. Had the carrot soup, smoked salmon and fish and chips. It was very good with generous portions and fish was fresh. Staff was welcoming and attentive.
