We were recommended by the hotel to this restaurant which is just a few minutes drive. Not difficult to find a parking space. We enjoyed the clean and homey setting. We took the recommendations from Adriana, the owner and enjoyed every dishes she prepared, from starter, main course to desert. Fresh ingredients and cook to perfection. The wine she suggested... All the dishes are introduced by the owner Adriana ( a nice elderly lady) who tells you about the ingredients, how she prepares them and how long it takes. She really brings out great expectations and the food is quite nice actually, but the portions are poor and you really pay through the nose for everything especially the wine (... More

An excellent dinner, with the choice of dishes carefully explained by the owner, quite clearly a connoisseur. The only reson I have not given it a fifth star is that, being a guest, I have no idea of the expense.

Delightful old world charm with classic Italian cooking. The chef comes to the table to describe the dishes for that day. Lovely for slow, comfortable dining.

I have been here many times over the past two decades, as a must-go-to place when I visit family in Italy. Absolutely delicious, very friendly in lovely Grottaferrata. Seasonal ingredients often stars of the show. Can't say enough how much I salivate just remembering the food.

From the very moment you enter the restaurant you feel as if you were at home. The smell, the ambience, the hosts. The food is 100% home made by the lovely lady who will explain you passionately what's on menu. I gave 4 because it is slightly pricey for this kind of place and the meals don't shock with the... I ate here years ago, so I cannot give readers an idea of how things are right now, but since this was probably just about the worst dining experience I had in ten years in Italy, I would like to leave this warning: this restaurant had the filthiest bathroom ever seen. Not filth from the previous person, but from simply... More

We arrived at the restaurant by chance and had the best dinner!! Mrs. Adriana explained her menu in English with great enthusiasm. The place is clean and the food gourmet. Worth visiting any time you arrive near Rome.

Local fair at its best. Try the Antipasto Mangiafuoco and then Ravioli fiori di zucca e tartufo and you will be back again to enjoy something different
