Location good, very spacious and excellent service! Menu varied without being spoiled for choice and all at very reasonable prices. No complaints about the meal, washed down with a couple of decent pints, would happily come back here

This is a Wetherspoons place and when you walk in it's pretty obvious. Usual pub grub fare with daily specials which are particularly good value. It's busy, a bit noisy and with a mixture of smaller and larger groups of friends. There are several different...More

We were referred to the Highlander by our B&B host so we knew what to expect, Great prices for food and drink. We weren't disappointed in the fish and chips or the chicken caesar salad, but if you're expecting gourmet food go somewhere else. It...More

As the title says alright for a pint and plate of chips but would go no further as far as food is concerned having eaten a meal here before and not being impressed. Typical wetherspoons pub no atmosphere and rather dull and depressing inside. Plus...More

This is an excellent venue for a meal out with the family. There is a good choice for kids and adults. Food is to a very high standard and the staff are always friendly.
