Lovely cafe with excellent choices from snacks to meals. Also some gluten free items. Able to sit and chat and relax a bit from drive.
This place is miles from anywhere but a nicer roadside cafe/restaurant would be hard to find anywhere. The menu was varied, the food was good, service excellent. This place should be the standard by which all country cafes are judged. Well done guys.
I visited this Café a couple of years ago with my Invercargill friend, and on my trip this time wanted to go back and eat there again. It was a lovely sunny day, wonderful food and great service.

Visited on a drizzly day. Very busy, made us welcome, and moved us to suiitable table as it became available. Chowder simply outstanding. Need to return to try other menu options...and we will.
