After arriving in Catania in June 2016 with my partner, we stopped in the cute little seaside village of Brucoli. We had heard about I Rizzari and thought we would stop by for lunch. We couldn't have been more happy with our experience there. We sat on the amazing terrace overlooking the Mediterranean Sea and Bay of Brucoli, lapping up... More

Nice location, directly on the sea. Food was far to salty and therefore not as tasteful as I was expecting. The view into the kitchen gave me also not a ready good impression as they were handling to clean the fish.

Beautiful setting, nice ambience. Decent food. 3/5 stars for price and very poor service. I finished my main course and my husband's plate didn't come out at at least 45 minutes later. Waitress also forgot our wine. We've also noticed other tables didn't get their plates around be same time. We would not come back

This is the best restaurant where to eat fresh fish and seafood, everything on the menu is perfect and amazing tastly. But look at the prices before to enter, with the wine you never spend here less than 50 euro. Im not say that the food doesnt deserve that price, but there you pay for the high quality. Try to... Pros: Place is nice and cozy Cons: Eaten tuna and a local fish "a la brace" and a fritto misto. The tuna was pretty sad and did not taste any good. The rest was quite poor. The bill came at 80 euros, which is ludicrous for such a basic place, in a location - Brucoli - which is not exactly... More

There is indoor and outside seating, unfortunately for me it was raining so I stopped in. The menu is large and based around fish. I'd recommend the squid in black ink! It's great for family, couples or friends. The atmosphere is very relaxed and staff helpful with good English. They do add salt to their starters so ask to have... More

Having spent a couple of week in the area, we ate at Rizzari twice and each time the food was amazing. The appetizers of marinated shrimps, bruschetta with fresh sea urchins is fantastic as is the tarter of tuna. But what was out of the world was the hugh Dotto and sea bass which cut in tranches of 350 grams... More

Very nice food, even though a bit expensive, but fresh products and well prepared. Service was OK, small menu which allows them to serve everything fresh. In the area, you should go, not necessary to go out of your way

This place was suggested to us by a friend, drove more then one hour but was worth it. A must try if you are in search for a great meal Sicilian style. The place looks messy at first, but the casual and attentive service will make you comfortable in no time. We had to much food to list, just go... More

Superb raw fish antipasti, very yummy fish main dishes. Unfortunately the choice for non fish fans was very limited but want they offered was very good. The staff was nice and the cook really good fun! Very unique atmosphere.
