Your guide book will mention this cafe as one of the best places for gelato in Sicily. As we stopped in on a cold day, there were few customers and we received gracious personal service, including a full description of the gelato flavors available. Good quality, good coffee.

We came here with our entire wedding party after our ceremony at Palazzo Nicolaci. The canapes/aperitivi were great but NOTHING compares to the granita which is perfection (we recommend mandorla). Caffe Sicilia also made our wonderful wedding cake. It was heaven.

Having heard everyone eave about this place, we parked up and hunted it out (although it's easy to find!) within 10 minutes of arriving. The gelati is heavenly, very tasty with some good complex flavours... the service is quite brusque, but it is a café!

This is a landmark cafe on the main street in Noto that serves amongst if not the best gelato in the world. it serves gelato and sweets. The interior of the cafe has that classical feel, but youy can also enjoy the gelato, coffee or sweet at the tables just outside.

Giorgio Locatelli says the ice cream her is the best in the world; he's wrong, it's the best in the universe. It's completely exceptional, not only are the flavours both unusual and intense, they are true. Other highly recommended local gelaterie don't even begin to come close. In fact nowhere in a long life of ice cream eating comes close.... More

The prime reason to visit Noto was architecture, restaurant Crocifisso and this famed place for real gelati. One day, three accomplishments. Here since 1892 it was explained as a must see, must eat. And correct. Tried the two less indulgent, seemingly unique tastes; saffron and ricotta. Where is life without ricotta on this grande island. Fab gelati; saffron also had... More

Granita alle mandorle di Noto, as served in this establishment, is an unprecedented, unforgettable, refined dish (or breakfasts dish). The Casatine (small cassate siciliane) are also quite refined and spectacularly rich in taste. Highly recommending this place for granite

Absolutely great place, superb typical sweets and pastries, with all you could possibly want to try in Sicily! Impeccable service and great localization (in the very center of Noto) are the perfect corollary to this wonderful bar
