Went to Casa Pedro on 29th November- always liked the look of it, but bit expensive for lunch. Went in straight off boat from Fuerteventura, so 1st customers. Found staff fine- not too pushy, but took order when required. Sister had great steak with Roquefort sauce, I had spaghetti, the only pasta choice, but it was tasty, and only 7... More

Went here for lunch having reserved a window table the previous day. The restaurant was fairly quiet and service was attentive and good. We had some delicious Octopus to start with and then the fish of the day, grilled and filleted. Both were shared between us and were very nice. The best meal we have had here.

Went to Casa Pedro last night. Had two complimentary aperitifs ( can you remember Pomagne?) slammed down in front of us by Pedro, who seems to have skipped charm school. He hurried us to make our choices and took our Oder. Starters were a passable Galician octopus and an unseasoned over cooked fish soup. The mains were however inedible, the... More

Staff were not very friendly, especially the boss who was very abrupt, or attentive. The meal was overpriced, our main of one fish to share, with 4 small potatoes costing 36 Euros. 2 courses with a bottle of wine totalling the best part of 90 Euros. We ate at Romantica the night before, had 3 courses and paid about the... More

Many reviewers comment on the attitude of the head waiter who I believe is the owner, having eaten at this restaurant many times in the last twelve years I feel his attitude comes from being embarrassed by his lack of spoken English. The other staff are friendly without the false bonhomie you so often encounter. The food is always of a... More

I looked at the Tripadvisor ratings for this restaurant before travelling to Lanzarote but after returning to the UK have found them rather disappointing. My wife and I looked at this restaurant and the Chalanita next door and this restaurant was somewhat in line with the costs of most other similar establishments along the promenade with the exception that it... Have been to Playa Blanca many times but this year was first time in Casa Pedro. The interior deco is nice and conducive to a sea front restaurant. Dress is probably relaxed casual but not vest and shorts. The menus are well put together with something for everyone but Casa Pedro does do the best things with the catch of... More

This is surely one of the best places to have fish and seafood in Playa Blanca. Traditional Spanish food of top quality. The location by the sea is very nice. Professional service.

Have walked past many times in previous years as the menu was not child, but now that my 12 year old is happy to try fresh fish we gave it a go this visit, we reallu enjoyed our various Grouper dishes from the menu, just wish we had the opportunity to find out what other fish were available on the... Ate here last night, nice location overlooking the bay & reasonably attractive looking from outside. The food ordered, Prawns in garlic & Tuna salad as starters were good as were the Sole Meunier & Peppered Filet steak chosen as main courses. Prices for food & wine were as other restaurants nearby. However what makes this restaurant stand out is the... More
