When you approach this restaurant, you must have an open mind. If you aren't serious about food, there may be places you'd prefer, but from the moment the charming waiter welcomed us, I liked this place. It's a set menu rather than a degustation. A small welcome dish, a sensational oyster starter plus three types of fish and a brilliant... More

Wonderful dinner here last Saturday. Lovely little dining room with very well planned seating, so that all tables are stand alone. We were given a tip off by the lovely FOH about the best table to take. (On the right - it's larger!) Fresh, seasonal ingredients and cooked perfectly. Can't wait to return.

Love the set tasting menu concept, where only options are to cater for allergies. Chef is up there with Nathan Outlaw for fish cookery, but adds more exciting twists and taste sensations. Only one other guy who's front of house, but between them they provide great cooking and great service. Definitely recommend going for the suggested wine pairings as all... More

Seven of us ate here a few nights ago, to mark a birthday. This restaurant surpassed all my expectations. We were greeted warmly, as if we were friends. We settled in and our host ( think his name is Rob) explained the dishes on the tasting menu together with the accompanying wines for those that chose this option. At a... More

If you're looking for a dining experience that extends beyond the food and drink this is a magical place. The ambiance is superb and is brought together by the outstanding service - I can't recall a more assured and effortless delivery. Rival restaurateurs would do well to dine here to observe such. The food comes from a fixed menu and... More

This restaurant provides a great tasting menu that is excellent value for money. It is just off the main road so nice and quiet. The venue is fresh looking and the tables are well spaced. There is local art on the wall for sale. They are very accommodating about allergies etc. We love fish and this stretched our experience re... More

Small restaurant, which is fantastic. Top top food and fantastic service. There is only one fix menu but the differentials in the courses was fantastic. We love good food and we were very happy. If you would like to get a treat this is a place to go to.

This restaurant serves a set menu of 5 various fish courses( this changes every 4 weeks)with different wines to go with the courses if desired. The food was excellent presented and cooked with love. The service was second to none and the ambience wonderful. WOW.

We wanted somewhere for my birthday with our friends and family that was fun and relaxed but with fine dining. Wow wow wow, as usual Duncan and Rob absolutely nailed it. 19 of us had the entire restaurant to ourselves for the evening. We talked in in advance with Rob and Duncan so they could plan a menu to cover... More
