Service was extremely profesional and helpful. We had about 5 min to stop and pick up a cassoulet to go ( they gave us instructions to reheat it properly). It was so tasty! I would definitely recommend this place and it's next to the highway exit. Very convenient.

This is a much better experience than the motorway services, and only a couple of minutes from the A61 exit, next to the Hotel Ibis. We had a warm welcome and were told that our dog wouldn't be a problem. The lady took us to a table for four in the corner by the window where there was plenty of... More

Well situated close to the motorway exit for Castelnaudary and near the adjoining Ibis Budget Hotel. The place is frequented by locals taking lunch and travellers alike. Good basic fare, salad buffet, set meals, all prices. Comfortable enough but close to other diners in the large open modern spaces. Not for romantic dining but assuaging appetite. Service is prompt and... More

Called in as next door to the hotel, Ibis Budget, and so glad I did. Wife not wanting food so a solo venture. Went for the €19 C&C menu going for the walnut and parmesan salad option for a starter - excellent. Cassoulet that followed was the best I have ever tasted or cooked myself. Far too much of course,... More

On a very windy and rainy day, in May we drove past and were not expecting anything very special...But ...we were pleasantly surprised. we ordered an excellent Menue with 3 choices at a very reasonable price. A delicious fresh salad with a walnuts and a backed Chevre, followed by a very tasty Cassoulet Touloussaine, prepared in a terracotta dish. I... More

This is a very pleasant place to eat. Nice ambience, The food is wholesome and good and an ideal place to go where you won't get ripped off with bad service and food. Much better value than the Maison du Cassoulet Hotel which we found very disappointing. You will not be let down if you eat in this restaurant........go on... More
