Thanks to ALITALIA that cancelled our flight we had to spend a day in Fiumicino, so we asked to the hotel staff to suggest a place where we could eat. They suggested this restaurant adding it's very good for fish. Once we came inside it was like a jump in the past very old venue with old equipments inside. Nobody... More

I would give this place five stars for the staff. They clearly serve more of a local crowd and their English is limited, so we had a little difficulty communicating but that did not stop them from making excellent wine and food recommendations for us! Do follow their wine recommendations, their house white was delicious. They brought us a basket... More

The reviews are true. This place rocks. The fish is incredibly fresh. Fisherman's nets are lying in heaps by boats across the street which might be the clue as to why. It really did have some of the best if not the best food of our whole trip. What a great surprise. If you need gf food then you are... More

Fiumicino has maintained over the years its long-standing characteristic as a fishing village with fishing boats moored along the river port (Fiumicino = small river). Along side the river port there are hundreds of restaurants serving decent seafood dished at affordable prices. What I always liked about Zi' Pina is the small and cosy garden that offers a chance to... More

This place is still a very good seafood restaurant. I think it needs refurbishment as the restaurant looks oldish. The waiters are really kind, food quality is high and strongly recommended. Please invest in refurbishment and you will remain the best seafood restaurant in fiumicino

My husband and I were waiting for a flight home, and were walking in the rain along the Tiber river looking for somewhere to eat. We were starving, and of course in Italy the restaurants don't open until 7:00 or so, so we watched the fishing boats pull their loads off while we waited, and chose Zi Pina because it... More

Lovely meal, very pleasant atmosphere and delightful owners. It was a business lunch but it was like being there with friends. Family run. Good prices

I visited this restaurant on my way back to the United States on a layover in Rome. I'm so glad that I did. The fresh seafood and service was impeccable.

Had dinner in this restaurant on two occasion, the service was extremely friendly and polite. The Hostess suggested us a wine, which went perfect with our choice of food. Beside the entree, which was amazing, we tried Risotto, pasta, and i must say that the food was amazing. The quantity was just perfect. Really enjoyed my dinner on both occasions.
