Extremely poor service. Waited more than 30mins for three hot chocolates with my two young daughters. Even my girls said they don't want to come back

My first and last experience at 'chocolate heaven' just a total waste money then to get slugged a surcharge. Dont mind on a public holiday but a normal weekend, should be stopped, but then they are making easy money off patrons so guess they wont! Shopping inside that morning, strawberries were so cheap and to be given a few tiny... More

So now there is a Weekend surcharge? Now I understand a public holiday etc but not a weekend and with no actual notification it's terrible.. apparently it's written on their board in very very small writing. I would be a regular for business meetings but no longer.. sort it out, this is just daylight robbery!

I went there today. After getting to the front of the line (5 mins) the girl told me the total. I asked her why is was more than I expected. She told me there's a 10% surcharge every weekend. I can't believe that it's not on a sign as you're entering the door. There's absolutely no way I'm supporting a... More

The icecream sandwich was a let down. The cookies on the outside crumbled like dry and brittle biscuits, rather than being delicious chewy cookies. I did not eat the cookies, leaving me with two scoops of ice cream for $14 - sheesh. What a let down.

Each answer every time we visit we come away feeling like it's the best tasting ice Sundays, waffles are to die for, thick hot chocolate drinks are yummo. Recamend this place to put on your list of places to eat in Robina.

Had to line up for 15 minutes to place my order and then was slugged with a 10% weekend surcharge? Ridiculous! Will not be back. Would rather go to San Churro.

I like the venue and think the look is unique and the variety of all the different ways you can eat/drink chocolate I do get, but what I don't get is the price! Also the staff who are so serious and not happy, so not what you would expect in a chocolate factory, which really should put a smile on... More

Always a winning choice for dessert! Love the chocolate frappes and banana bread. You can't go wrong with chocolate
