Staff are friendly here. The place looks pretty scungy and dark. Walls are damaged, paint missing, knocked about. Needs a tidy up and brightening up. Coffee was good. Food took a long time to come but tasted fine.

Meeting friends for a quick brekky after they had, flown in from overseas, and driven up from Auckland. 2 of us ordered the mushrooms on toast, now a good chef would always taste his sauce but this one obviously didn't! The sauce was so salty that after a couple of mouthfuls we gave up. After going to the kitchen to... More

A great stop for breakfast and coffee the staff are friendly, we had mushrooms on toast and it was fanrastic and the bacon and eggs were a delight, the portions were a good surprise so if you have an empty stomach the meals will fill it with joy and the value is suprisingly within everyone's budget

We walked in and not only were met by an uninviting waitress but also the coffee was pretty bad. Looked like the waitress was not interested in pleasing clients but more into getting rid of em.

This unassuming little shop fairly delivers in the delicious muffin and coffee department. Day one I enjoyed a potato, blue vein cheese and walnut muffin and a large coffee. The coffee was so large it was served in what could be described as a bowl. Having been stalled by the large coffee I then went to regular coffees which was... More

We went in and preordered our lunch as we were on a time frame. 3 out of the 4 meals and the coffees arrived exactly on time but they had made a mistake with the other but apologised and quickly redid it. The meals were large and very tasty and well presented although all our salads had some old lettuce... More

Honest food with excellent service. Not cheap, but great value for money considering the size of the meals.
