What a magnificent discovery the rain was there but the flavors on the plate thank you to Chef Christophe Muller and his wife as well as all the caring staff.... the Lobster casollette was killer and the Hamburger Rossini..... .don't hesitate, you will be pleasantly surprised by their menu and their price We are waiting for the sun to also go on the terrace...... Worthy of a Michelin Star!

The food and service at Casabon Sotogrande was simply stunning. Vincent and Chef Christophe were so attentive throughout the evening and my wife and I really could not have asked for much more. This is by far the best restaurant we have tried in the whole of Sotogrande, so much so we have rebooked again later this week. Keep up the great work team Casabon! bien joué

Lunch in August 2022 and aperitif in May 2023. Very affordable and quality menu. Multi-star chef really very welcoming and friendly. We were able to speak with the chef for many minutes. Introduced us to his wife. Made us taste a wine he liked. Great kindness and closeness on the part of this MOF who was a 9-star Michelin man and private chef to Paul Bocuse. Regarding the cuisine....nothing to say... Yes. It was very good. Really good time that we are going to repeat this year. Thank you Mr Muller for this very good time.

Once again it was magical

It was our fourth time and the chef once again managed to surprise us, each time we had off-the-menu dishes that he thought of when he saw our reservation. Each time it is a delight for the taste buds, an extraordinary journey The bluefin tuna tartare is just incredible, and a myriad of tastes explode in the mouth. Tarte Tatin remains my favorite dessert, the apples melt with a buttery taste, it's a treat! Besides that you have the setting and the welcome, Pépita, is not short of tender smiles and the Chef comes several times to explain his dishes to you and his way of describing them is worthy of a play, so much so that he lives his passion. You will also be able to discover the Chef's multiple talents, painting, sculpture etc. It is not possible to go to Andalusia without passing through this magical place, believe me!

An exciting restaurant that is worth a visit.

Exciting food experience from the French kitchen, we chose their tasting menu, which was a culinary experience out of the ordinary. We had 6 different dishes, each of which was an experience in itself. We bought one white wine that we already knew. Sweet and friendly service, it seemed as if they were a bit new to the profession, but the chef has a handle on what he serves. He also came out twice during dinner and said hello.

Very nice discovery in Casabon

Accompanied by a couple of friends, we discovered this gastronomic place that we had often heard about. At lunch time, we opted for the 3-course lunch menu for €50. Everything was of remarkable quality for each of the dishes as well as the very friendly welcome from Christophe Muller who revealed himself to be an artist with multiple talents, taking the time to get to know us and share his various experiences. It was a very pleasant moment, humanly and culinary speaking. We can't wait to go back to explore the map deeper! Highly recommendable!

Simple and efficient

We went to lunch at Casabon out of curiosity to taste the cuisine of chef Christophe Muller. We opted for the tasting menu. From appetizers to dessert, all the dishes were breathtakingly delicious. We feel a real cuisine around the product without overdoing it. Special mention for the monkfish which was simply incredible. We went back for dinner, with a burger and sea bass, again everything was exceptional. The chef gives us an experience with the help of his entire team, exceptional and worthy of a very large table. Thank you for this magnificent moment. We will return to this restaurant for sure on our next visit to Sotogrande.

Out of friendship and to celebrate my birthday, because I guarantee to all of you, all French people and especially all Lyonnais that Christophe Muller had a great, irreplaceable mentor who left us five years ago and we cannot say that. forget that famous Lyonnais chef, and Christophe Muller is passionate about and Cuisine, he works with fresh products. He does his little market a few kilometers from France and some people miss him. Come see him, you can judge his chef quality service, and family chef he keeps it simple

Attentive Staff Excellent Food Great Chef Patron

Highlights were very generous salmon starter followed by excellent pork ‘apicus’ and outstanding entrecôte with chorón sauce. Simple steak in principle but great quality cooked expertly by very accomplished chef Christophe Muller who checked on us regularly to make sure everything was going well. Will be back asap. If you’re in Sotogrande go!

Just perfect. No less is expected of one of the best cooks of his generation. Bar duo, extra fresh tuna salad (sin of the day) and Turbo.... Fabulous habit. You want to try the cuisine of the executive chef of Bocuse restaurants and his personal chef without paying in 3 times at no cost and with his good humor and smile.... Go ahead, don't hesitate. Ha, we're waiting for the deserts but I don't think it's gonna change the Rating.

Very good atmosphere! A passionate chef! We were very well received by chef Christophe and Pépita, as well as their team. On the menu, the “Rossini” burger is exceptional! We recommend it with a raspberry lychee macaron for dessert. Thanks to them for this delicious moment, we will remember it for a long time

At long last.. a SERIOUSLY great place to eat in Sotogrande. Casabon, under Chef Muller, and delightful, attentive, front of house manager Vincent is the knock-your-socks-off, delectable new kid on the block. Everything on this ravishingly pared back menu is utterly scrumptious. Such bliss to be repeatedly surprised as each mouth watering dish was delivered to the table. I urge you to go before it becomes impossible to get a table at this rockstar of a restaurant. I will very likely be returning there tomorrow.

The place to eat in the area

Casabon is definitely the place to eat well in the area. The setting is beautiful and relaxed as you would expect in Sotogrande, but above all Chef Muller raises the bar with an amazing attention to detail and quality. The food is simply delicious with a balance of flavors that confirm the Chef's experience and pedigree.
