We went for a Sunday dinner the staff were rude when we pointed out that we had booked to be near the playroom and not up the back, they did move us though. The food is pretty average and not too much to choose from. The seafood seemed fine and the roast beef & pork were great & the desserts... More

Went here for early weeknight dinner. We caught the courtesy bus which picked us up right at our door, by a very friendly gentleman named Roger, who we later discovered was the proprietor. From the pick up to the bar staff to the dinner, everyone was so friendly and gave excellent customer service. The food was standard buffet, but good,... More

The buffet here was well supplied with a good range of food, although the seafood was pretty limited for a "seafood buffet". Cheap tables and chairs gave the place a food court feeling. Being kicked out at 7pm for their second sitting wasn't great. I didn't mind this place but it was just way overpriced at $33/adult and $17/child. You... More

Staff weren't very helpful, obviously not fine dining. Went after work on a Sunday. Of course it'll be busy but they don't care about creating an experience for customers. All in all not worth revisiting I do recommend Kitchen Workshop at Crown Casion, Buffet and free jugs of Soda, for the same price as Sanctuary Lakes.

Sanctuary Lakes Estate is an exclusive high end estate, with this in mind my wife and I decided to eat at the Sanctuary Lakes Hotel. Not the best decision we have made recently. It was buffet night...maybe every night is buffet night, I'm not sure. The food was basic home style stews and roasts and pasta and the usual fried... More

Been going to sanctuary lakes buffet regularly for about 4 years but in the last 2 months the buffet standard has dropped dramatically No love in the cooking, No salt , Luke warm food at best. I'm only guess but I think the roast is now braised which tells you they are buying cheap cheap cuts of meat you can... More

Today is the first time our family has gone out for Christmas Lunch and it was awful. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the service was very good, but the food was boring and tasteless. There was more than enough food for everyone but it lacked flavour. The Pork, Beef and Turkey were all flavourless, and the salads... More

We took our young children to the buffet at sanctuary lakes hotel for dinner. The food is ok. Not fine Dining by any means, but for the price you pay, it is fabulous. Sadly the play area is not so good. The safety door at the back does not close, so children can run dangerously behind the slides and climbing... More
