Realising that we hadn't been for some time, my wife and I decided to re-visit this restaurant on the spur of the moment and again we were not disappointed. A great welcome from all the staff who made us feel immediately at home. Nothing was too much trouble - they were all quick to spot a request from any diner.... More
In August we found the traffic in the centre of Sète so crazy it completely spoiled the experience of al fresco dining on the waterfront. A pity, really, because the quays are lined with tourist restaurants vying for customers. Cars even passed close to our table on stretches that should have been closed to traffic, according to the signs. After... More
We were looking for a non seafood alternative in Sete and this Italian restaurant nicely filled the bill. Our waitress, Astrid spoke some English and was quite helpful and friendly. Restaurant is on a quiet street away from the tourist section and is worth the short walk from the promenade.
We had dinner at this nice restaurant in Sete Friday evening. Be sure to book a table in advance. They have nice pizzas and paste dishes for vey fair prices. 8-10 €. The service is not very personal, but ok. We had pasta dishes and coffee ( cafe gourmand) and wine for 30€ all together. The pizzas looks nice although... More
I'd booked for 4 of us (you need to!) 3 days previously for a mid-week lunch. Everything was perfect. We were made very welcome by Hugo, the long-serving waiter. Great choice of starters, main meals and desserts. The food was delicious - hot and well cooked - and the jugs of wine perfect. Couldn't have been better. Great value for... More

Really good pasta and pizza dishes. My friend's favorite, after several visits, was the veal piccata. Their chocolate ice cream has a definite chocolate flavor. Excellent. We did not eat the fish, but it looked very good as well. More of a local crowd than tourists. It's just around the corner from the Le National Hotel, and convenient to the... More
