A good welcome. Friendly and helpful service (we had 45 mins to eat & leave & the staff suggested we order NOW as there was a group arriving). They were true to their word. A wide range on the menu, reasonable prices and exactly what you'd hope for in an English pub grub pub! This pub used to have a... More

Invited by a friend to join her for lunch at The Roebuck Pub arrived at 12 and staff very helpful getting umbrella organised to enable us to sit out side and enjoy sun shine and the fabulous view. Lunch ordered but not a very good standard - portion of salmon minuscule with a moundi of green salad not very inviting... More

It was ok. Good selection of meals including light bites. Didn't have the mussels on again which was disappointing

We booked here for a family dinner and we're squeezed into a rather early 5:30pm slot. Even at this time, the place was quite busy. The staff were attentive and the service fine. In terms of the meal itself, the quality was average. We ordered a range of items from the quite extensive menu. The outstanding dishes were the brie... More

Visited today for lunch and we thoroughly enjoyed it. Was definitely worth the drive out. They were serving both the lunch menu and the main menu. I had the beef which a mushroom and shallot sauce which was cooked amazingly it melted in the mouth. The veg, chips and mash were also very fresh. The desserts were also great! Staff... More

I was rather fazed by the size of the portions here, but that to one side, the quality of the food was excellent. I had slow cooked lamb (too much for me to finish) but it was melt in the mouth, and accompanied by a delicious and well seasoned puree of potato and good vegetables. Two of my fellow diners... Visited the Roebuck for a family meal last Saturday. We had a great time with some really nice food. They have a decent menu with some lovely additions on the specials board. I had beef brisket which was succulent, tender and tasty. Others had the slow cooked lamb which they raved about. We will be back here again soon.

Blows spots off all the other pubs in Otley. Consistently good, tasty food and a lovely atmosphere. Great beer garden and terrace with fab views.

Visited Smiths Garden centre and looking for somewhere to lunch came across this little gem of a place. I had the slow cooked beef and ale pie with creamy mash which was outstanding. I did have some of my wife's excellent chips which came with the omelette (dieting, again)! In the words of Arnie 'I will be back'. Roll on... More
