This is a fantastic tea room, friendly staff, good value quality food and great service. We often come here at the weekend on our bikes and have never been disappointed. Cycle locks are even provided. It's also in a great location 2 miles out of Otley but in beautiful countryside and is perfect for families as there is a large... More

All of us, including the hound, were made to feel very welcome, even though we turned up just before closing! Tasty homemade soup and cakes. Lovely little tea room. Range of gifts to purchase. And seating outdoors for crisper winter days. Worth a visit after a day out walking at Brinham Rocks and Swinsty Reservoir. If you are ever in... More

Sludgy soup and a not very nice bacon butty. No bill or receipt offered, but £20 charged for what, according to the menu, should have cost about £16. Yes, there is a nice view and a large garden, complete with hens, and parking space for visiting cars and bikes, but watch out for speedy tractors and farm machinery on the... More

They dont do sausage sandwiches here. Why not? So we ordered bacon sandwiches instead. The bacon was well done and tasty but maybe just a bit too salty. We finished off with a toasted teacake with butter and lovely raspberry jam. Excellent value. 5 hens were pecking round my feet, which was ok and funny, but if you dont like... More

Asked twice to give order and was sharply told to go sit down and someone would come and take an order. Waitress finally came and went straight to people who had just arrived. Plenty of staff, few customers, just no idea.

Apologies for the poor service you received yesterday. Was surprised that my waitress was not up to standard. This is a rare occurrence and we have already discussed the incident. I hope you will call again and make yourself known so that we can rectify the situation. Cock Pit Farm. More
