It's always a pleasure to go to Osteria. The food is great and the atmosphere is relaxed. Perfect for families, couples or even groups.

They will move to a new place, bigger than before! and they serve life music every friday during winter and during summer every weekend . Good Local food!!! Mi Piace 🖤
Grabbed a quick lunch based on TA reviews which were admittedly rather out of date. Pretty disappointing food and wine for €50 ....More

Good food cooked as we waited. Not fancy but really tasty and people were very friendly. Would recommend for a bowl of pasta and a glass of vino
Mercie beaucoup...
We went tonight for a drink and stayed for a bottle, food and after dinner coffee/drinks. So friendly and helpful, we followed previous reviewers and went with a suggestion of a bottle of a local Umbrian red wine which was excellent. We got free food...accompaniments (bruschetta etc.) and ordered pasta with a cinghiale sauce. Limoncello and grappa to finish. All for 33 euros. No hesitation in recommending.More

This place was weird. We found it as all other places were full due to the festival on August 15. It is very small, only 5 or 6 tables situated very close to one another. A couple makes the food in the kitchen which is...actually in the "bar" area. It is a very small place, behind the bar there is the sink, the oven and basically everything. I am not sure if it is OK to cook in such a small place but hopefully they know what they do. :) The food was not bad but nothing really special. Good rating goes to the heartiness and hospitality of the owners. :)More

Overprized supermarket pasta in plastic bags, lousy tomato sauce and white wine from a bag served by a nice guy. Choose one of the other restaurants in the area!More

We stopped by for dinner, but it's more of an appetizer and wine place. That said, it was delicious and the wine recommendation was excellent and affordable.
Alberto and his partner have created a tiny slice of food heaven, with just five tables but a great menu. Alternatively ask Alberto to create something for you and let his passion shine! Always ask for his recommendation for wines, this doesn't mean you'll be...over charged for drinks, it means you'll get to taste something delicious that you didn't even know existed.More
There is something about this little place and it's all to do with Alberto who is the chief cook and bottle washer at his little bistro. The food is cooked in front of you by Alberto who is unassuming with an appreciation for his guests...and the food he prepares. The prices are very low especially for Italy. We have eaten at 5 other places in the town. All recommended, good but all lacking what Alberto providesMore
We discovered this one rainy Sunday lunchtime we ordered the house red very drinkable and a selection of crostini with various fillings the serve for one was so huge it came on two big plates all freshly prepared. It only has 5-6 tables so has...an intimate feel. Rustic but comfortable and excellent valueMore
A tiny little place but the owner with his food & wine really make it. Went twice in the few days we were staying in Citta della Pieve. Great, no fabulous local wines, selections of cheeses or cold meats or panini. well worth a visit...or several!More
We spent a fun week in Citta della Pieve. Every evening we went to Il Vin Verso for drinks starting off with a glass of Prosecco and then moving to a great selection of wines including Rosso di Montefalco and Rosso di Montepulciano. Alberto's enthusiasm...is catching and it is matched by his knowledge. We also ate there one night. He produced a fine selection of food to match the 5-6 different wines he gave us. What fun.More
