We visited here our second evening, having suffered a terrible experience at l'Aparthee the previous day. My faith in French cuisine was restored with an inexpensive but well cooked meal, served in a convivial atmosphere. I chose the same main course as at the previous restaurant simply to compare. La Maison d'Amour did not disappoint. The steak was cooked skilfully... More

Small restaurant run by the owner, he is always there working very hard to make sure you're happy with everything. The enchaud de porc is super, a large portion served with chips and salad. Desserts are great too, I recommend café gourmand or one of the ice cream sundaes. This is my favourite place to eat in Eymet now.

Sometimes quiet. Friendly personal service, food freshly prepared so you may need to wait a few minutes. Waiter usually provides some nibbles whilst you wait. Food is good but homely rather than posh!

The restaurant has been renovated, updated and the outside space defined and heated. Now a lovely place to dine with well-dressed salads, great fries, duck and steak with a Roquefort sauce. Excellent.

First time to this small creperie-restaurant....for lunch. Owner was friendly and service good. Order the menu of the day and it was fresh and good value.I had the steak and it was excellent. I do not like my meat with blood...but this was pink and tender! Small inside but welcoming. Would go their again when visiting with guests.

We visited this lovely restaurant with family during our stay in Eymet. The meal was delicious, service was excellent and it was refreshing to see different meals on the menu. We will definitely be coming back again soon.

Walking around the beautiful town of eymet, lots of restaurants on offer but this one just seemed to have a menu out of the ordinary, seated by a waitress and ordered drinks. Not very busy when we arrived but little by little more people were arriving. We were waiting for our order to be taken whilst we noticed that the... More

Friendly service at tables under cover of the traditional arched frontage in the extremely picturesque square in Eymet. There's a family-friendly menu with a range of savoury and sweet crepes, children's menu or more serious platefuls like magret de canard, all nicely cooked. Friendly service and reasonably priced, Maison d'Amour is an ideal place for an informal lunch while you... More
