We stumbled across this traditional asturian restaurant as not many many other restaurants were open in March. By far the best food we have had since being in Asturia, will definitely be going back during our stay.
We chose this place because of many positive reviews and the suggestion of Lonely Planet guide.
Arrived at 21.30, the owner took our reservation saying that likely a table would have been available not earlier than 23 but anyway took our phone number to call...at...22 he called to say he had a table. Very kind and friendly start!
We ordered croquetas de cabrales, fabada and cachopo, sidro and two glasses of wine. Very good food, huge quantity, well prepared.
Service very warm and friendly!
Total bill for 3 persons 54€! More than honest!
Absolutely to be recommended!More
We had a lovely dinner here. We shared a great salad, zamburinas and croquetas -and cheesecake for dessert. Everything was fabulous. We sat on the terrace and watched the free entertainment of people watching! It gets busy after 8:30 so a reservation is a good...idea.More
Cute place with outdoor dining. We started with a tasty salad. I had a daily special of garbanzos with bacon and chorizo. Mrs. had stuffed pepper. Food and service were both very good. Prices reasonable.
My wife and I picked this place for dinner based on Tripadvisor reviews. Our experience was very good. Good friendly service, good food, casual atmosphere. We picked some local specialties and were very satisfied. It did not seem very touristy when we were there. Prices...were reasonable.More
