We ate there outside in a wonderful garden in a very relaxed atmosphere. There are only vegetarian dishes of great quality with fresh products and original mixes of tastes and flavors. Even for a meat-lover this was a treat. Service was very attentive and friendly, and prices are more than reasonable. The perfect place for a relaxed lunch.

The Cal Reiet’s Table is situated in the pool area of the hotel. Surrounded by beautiful trees, plants, flowers and bushes this place has a very calm and serene vibe. We automatically felt relaxed and at peace.
Do bring bug repellent though otherwise the mosquitos will eat you alive.
The food is a whole other journey. The watermelon sashimi was out of this world so was the flavor of the raspberry gazpacho. My noodles were also delicious and the “scallops” my husband ordered were amazing. A whole potpourri of flavors and umami. To finish this amazing dinner we both ordered the vegan hazelnut cake and we fully arrived in desert heaven. Definitely in my top ten desserts.
One of the best restaurants we have visited on our trip and we would come back anytime to try the rest of the menu.
Great and very attentive staff and a feel good place.

We’ve eaten here a few times over the last 3 or 4 years and have always had fantastic experiences. This time we decided to take a personal cookery class with one of the chefs, Rosa, and prepare our own meal. Rosa is an absolutely lovely person who selected several recipes that were straightforward enough for us to create in 90 mins, and re-create at home, but which also looked and tasted fabulous.
Rosa was generous with her tips on preparing wonderful recipes and with the produce that she brought fresh from her own garden. We thoroughly enjoyed chatting with Rosa, preparing the recipes…..and enjoying our dishes with a glass of cava in the restaurant’s idyllic gardens afterwards.

My partner and I used Cal Reiet’s website to book a table at 9pm on Sunday 11th July. We were excited to try the restaurant’s vegetarian tasting menu. We arrived on time and were impressed by the surroundings. The house and gardens are beautiful. The waitress seated us and brought us water. A few moments later, they returned to take our order. However, when we asked for the tasting menu, the waitress told us ‘it is too late for that’. They provided no further explanation. Nor did they attempt to accommodate us in any way. The whole interaction was dispassionate and extremely unwelcoming. We left quickly. Our feedback to the management is this. If you push guests to book through the website and make it difficult to contact the restaurant on the phone (we tried several times to call but received no answer), at the very least you should explain that the tasting menu is not available at 9pm. Beyond this, you should also reconsider why you wouldn’t offer your signature menu at a very typical evening meal time in Spain. Our feedback to the waitress who served us is this. You may have been having a very bad day, but we were polite to you and above all, we were customers. We did not deserve your rudeness.

We are very sorry that we didn’t give you the experience that you could have expected from us and where we are well-known for. Lots of things went wrong and we are very sorry for that. At the same time, we are very happy to hear that you loved the surroundings and our beautiful gardens.
Even though we of course prefer to hear good critics, we are glad that you shared your experience with us, because this gives us the opportunity to learn from it. As we talked about before, we immediately went ahead with some of your points, to give you and our future guests a wonderful evening at our restaurant.

Unfortunately one of the worst experiences we have had since we live here (now for several years) when it comes to "value for money" and service quality. The food was 1. not special and not good, 2. the portions were very small and 3. the prices were very high for the value we got. The service was very unmotivated and uninspired. After lunch we sat there for at least 40 minutes, nobody came to ask if we wanted another bottle of wine or more water or anything. At the end I had to get up and go look for the waiter to ask for the bill as he wasn't checking on the guests. There were VERY FEW guests in the restaurant area. My friends and I were definitely very disappointed. The place itself looks wonderful, but one can only wonder ... It's a shame that a property like this in a beautiful setting is not managed well.

Very disappointing .Good service lovely surroundings dining by floodlit pool However the food was just a very poor standard.
We are used to fine dining and vegetarian/vegan food but the food was just tasteless and awful, over spiced 12 euros for a small beer !

We were really looking forward to the restaurant and it started well. Nice welcome, beautiful garden. The menu was rather small, but with goodwill you could at least call it interesting. When my starter, Poh de calabaza, setas y lima €19, was served, I had to laugh. There were no more than two tablespoons of pumpkin cubes and a few cute little mushrooms on the plate. Both were then carefully poured over with a very transparent broth and I tasted it. My laughter from before gave way to incredulous amazement. The "soup" tasted horrible. So lukewarm, so bland, like dishwater with a few mushrooms. Subterranean. I would never dare serve something like that to anyone. On a scale of 1-10, my rating is 1-2 (rounded up).
Meanwhile, my partner was trying to get something out of his Crema de coliflor, huevo a baja y Shiitake €20. His rating (scale 1-10): 5-6
The main course we chose, Noodles de arroz con brócoli, espárrago verde, tempeh y aliño asiático 28€, receives a grade of 6 with a lot of goodwill. The noodles were not soft enough (not al dente) and simply tasted of pure soy sauce. No refinement, no background, plain and simple: very disappointing and such a shame!
As already mentioned, the garden is very inviting and pretty, the staff friendly.

Thought we’d try something different.
A vegetarian dinner at Cal Reiet. Some great flavour combinations. Quality, fresh, innovative food. Didn’t miss meat and fish at all. The chef here knows what he’s doing. Very healthy. Top service too.
A really enjoyable evening in a chilled out restaurant. One of the very best in Santanyi. Highly recommended.

We went there for a green juice and smoothie which was very tasty. Bit pricey at €8 and €9 for 300ml but it’s an amazing location, extremely relaxing and quiet. Unfortunately we couldn’t try the food as we arrived 5 min late (lunch finishes 5pm) and dinner reopens at 7.30. Seems to be one of the rare healthy spots around and glad we found it!

The best tip I can give you: go here for a yoga class and have breakfast after that!
The yoga classes and teachers are amazing, friendly and helpfull. And have breakfast after that. At the terrace in the beautiful garden. They offer a package, yoga + breakfast for 30€. The breakfast is 100% vegetarian (lots of vegan options as well) and even though I love my bacon and ham for breakfast, I don't miss it here at all. And the 'vegan eggs' on their home made gluten free and crackers, with some hummus and tomato sauce... HEAVEN! And don't forget about the desserts. So come with an empty stomach.

This location, this experience is beyond what anyone could hope for...the food is some of the most innovative, vibrant food I have experienced on the island of Mallorca, a true gem, the culinary team shine life a diamond in the sand....the attention to detail, the attention to the flavor platforms..the presentation and service truly take the guest to an experience beyond your wildest dreams, keep soaring ....

Wonderful vegan or vegetarian food. They offered gluten free options when we were there but we had notified them of dietary concerns. They also provide a juicing option if you let them know in advance.

I am neither vegetarian nor vegan, but love this restaurant! They serve an "à la carte" dinner July through August (the curry is to die for!) and a buffet the rest of the year. All of the food is vegetarian, with many gluten-free and vegan options (more than half). Most of the vegetables even come from their own garden! The team is attentive, displaying genuine kindness, and the food is so good that you don't even miss the meat...and believe me, I love myself a good burger.
At Cal Reiet, you can truly indulge, without having to worry about your waistline.
