I have seen a number of varied reviews, and it seems to me that there may have been a change of ownership/management which would account for the more recent positive reviews. Am I right?

if there is a notice at the entrance of the bridge saying that we are not the public toilets and children under 14 are not allowed on the licenced premises......why rudely still walk in and not even have the manners to ask if you can use the facilities!!! this building is privately owned......I suggest you ask the council why they close the public toilets at 3 30
