Alma bakery and cafe is actually a food truck situated towards the edge of town but a very short walk from the central plaza. It is tucked in a lovely garden on a quiet corner of Pisco Elqui and is very enjoyable place to eat, drink, and spend an afternoon. Everything I have had there is absolutely delicious- fresh, healthy... More

I enjoyed a lovely lunch at the restaurant a few days ago. It was located a 5 minute walk from the main square. Although they only have vegetarian food, it was lovely. The setting was quaint, and the food was made straight from the heart. They have lovely teas and fresh juices. I had the herbal tea and the strawberry... More

Looking to escape the hubhub around the main corner? A short walk south is a quieter oasis. (If you are driving, you should be able to park easily on the street.) This is a small outdoor place with only a few tables and some big pillows (to eat Arabian style!). Food is prepared in a converted trailer that is a... More

Found this place by accident and so glad that I did! Veggie options that made my heart happy, including the best veggie quiche I've ever had! With a delightful side of lettuce done in a sesame sauce. A great ambiance as well, and super nice people. Highly recommend!

This is one of my favorite restaurants here in Pisco Elqui. The tea and sweets are fantastic! The owners are also incredibly nice people, easy to talk to and always willing to help. They really add to the beautiful atmosphere of Alma Café!

This is an adorable little cafe in Pisco Elqui. They have delicious, healthy options- the falafel and empandas are great and the lemon pie here is my favorite dessert! The owners are the sweetest people. A must visit!

A beautiful little cafe run by a lovely Spanish couple. This cafe serves tasty healthy meals which are hard to find in Pisco Elqui and also has a lovely little garden area you can sit and relax in. The juices are also really nice and made from some ingredients fresh from the garden. Certainly worth a visit!
