We went there twice to enjoy the sandwiches with home made bread. It takes a while till they make them, but it's totaly worth it. The really cool thing: since there is sitting possibility just on the beach, you can enjoy the nice beach and go for a swim while sitting there!

I will state from the beginning that we didn't have drinks or food inside. We went on the bike around the island and chose this place to stop for a drink and snack as we felt tired. They had info at the entrance that you need to pay 50 pesos consumable which totally OK and we had no issues with... More

John, the owner (AUS) and his wife Jiesa were congenial hosts. Despite being busy with renovations, they made us feel welcome. We had a special table set up on the beach to enjoy a stunning sunset while having a succulent dinner! Nice restaurant in a backpacker hostel. Lots of vegetables!

We stayed in their hostel and because of that we got a discount on the food. Still expensive. And the day we checked out and were waiting to go to the pier they told us, arrogantly, that we dont have the discount anymore. We felt really unwelcome and disappointed. The owner seems like a nice guy, his Family and staff... More

Nice place, where you can eat at the bar, at the beach or in a nice patio. We ordered the chicken mango burger. It was delicious! With lots of mango tiny bites and fresh herbs! Soooo goooood! The bread is homemade! (So you wait a bit to be served!) I definitely recommend this place!

We drove in direction of Siquijor Port and just stopped for breakfast at JJ's. The young man greeted us very friendly and told us what to do: ordering Banana Pancakes. And yes they were good :) as good as the shakes and coffee we had. You will eat at the beach and you just have to enjoy the view and... More

One of the few locations which actually offer freshly nrewed coffee next to the regular instant coffee. The staff is friendly, however the time between foodorder and food in the table can take up to 45 minutes, even when there are no other guests. They bake their own bread and prepare everything fresh, and apparently that takes some more time.

You get so tired of bad bread traveling in the Philippines that it is nice when someone tries to take it up a notch and make homemade bread. Not whole grain yet but the py take pride in serving a decent hot white bread with their sandwiches and breakfasts if you give them 25-30 minutes to let their bread bake... More

we did not stay here. We went as the reviews of the burgers sounded great. Did not inspire, didn't actually finish the burger as it wasn't that great. You are warned about the time it takes to prepare your burger, that was not a problem . Sakes were watery. Nice relaxed setting, nice part of the beach.
