Visited a number of times for good and drink. Reasonable prices and good service. Excellent sea side location.

We ate here during our stay at the Wyndham Reef resort on the East end. The whole snapper and the Grouper were fresh and tasty. Would highly recommend this if you are on this end of Grand Cayman
Big yellow building --has a large Cay Brew Sign...and will have to look for the sign stating the South Coast Bar and Grill. Worth the drive and stop. Nice shrimp dinners and Grouper meals. Fun place. They have locals gather a little later in evenings...More
I love this place. Bar staff are so friendly and helpful as is the owner Tony who can often be found having a beer at the bar. Probably one of the cheapest places to eat and drink on the Island. Not an extensive menu but...More

My Wife and I really enjoyed everything about South Coast. Likely will return during our 7 day stay. Best meal we've has so far. Great lobster dish and the blackened mahi was terrific too. Really good service too. Made it a great night.
During our 2 weeks in Cayman, this was our go to place, we returned repeatedly after trying other local fare. The food never failed to amaze us, the staff were great, with our favourite server being Janet. Definitely would recommend South Coast!
We stopped in during an afternoon shopping in George Town. The bartender was a wonderful young woman who had landed in Grand Cayman and never left. We had some very pleasant drinks watched the Tarpon swimming by and had a quick bite. We would reccomend...More
